We are renting an office with Regus @ Harrow on the Hill. Its a nightmare. Misrepresentation and deceiving terms are unbelievable. Nothing is straight forward. I intend to take this matter to courts. Staffs are trained how to talk around and deceive the customers. Please refer to our complaint below: Thank you for your detailed email. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have reviewed the “House Rules” document available to download from the portal, but not attached to the contract. I have extracted the relevant sections, which are set out below. The highlighted parts are the ones we still dispute and require clarification on. “House Rules” are usually used to put forward basic house rules; they should not be used to sell additional services. If so, they should have been in bold so the customer would pay attention. Our understanding of the wording is that these services would be enrolled from the commencement of the agreement, and that we could opt out from the start of the next billing period. On that basis, the next billing period would be 1 August 2026, which means we were unknowingly paying for these unwanted services for the entire first month, namely July 2026. You may have explained these matters when we collected the keys and met with you at the office. However, if there are any additional fees, these should have been made clear on the contract itself, rather than in an additional document attached to the original contract. In any event, the wording appears to suggest that an opt-out is only available from the next billing period, which we consider to be unfair. I also tried to claim a credit, but the Aurora function does not allow this, on the basis that there was no disruption to service. However, our issue is that we did not use the services, nor were we aware such exists other than the small print in your “House Rules”, and for that reason we do not consider this to be a valid basis for refusing credit. We intend to submit a formal application for credit on the above grounds. Please could you let me know the process for doing so? 53. Unlimited Coffee & Tea/Kitchen Amenity service: allows your occupants and your visitors access to unlimited self-service coffee and hot beverages. The fee is £35.00 per occupant per month and is billed in arrears. By default, you will be enrolled into this service when your agreement commences. You can opt out of this service from the start of your next billing period through your online account. Please note that either all or none of your occupants must be enrolled. 54. Priority Internet: Gives faster connection speeds to the internet on all your devices, with a dedicated private network, an added layer of security for all occupants, and prioritized bandwidth allocation (useful during busy periods). The fee is £11.00 per occupant per month and is billed in arrears. By default, you will be enrolled into this service when your agreement commences. You can opt out of this service from the start of your next billing period through your online account. Please note that either all or none of your occupants must be enrolled.

We rented an office in recent times at Regus Harrow and had a very poor experience. We strongly advise seeking alternative local offices at a more reasonable cost, such as through Nagle James or Chamberlain Commercial. The following featured during our time at Regus: an expensive rent; rental increases and many hidden costs; the heating and air conditioning broken for over a year with little communication or alternative arrangements - hence the office very cold or hot; mice in the office; very thin walls hence sound travelling between offices readily, very much limiting any privacy and causing confidentiality concerns; the lift broken for several months, again with very little communication or alternatives offered; Regus reception staff turnover being very high and inconsistent; no use of kitchen by default and the cost to use per staff member absurd. Additionally, the location sounds promising but the main entrance is strangely tucked away inside the station entrance, which some of our visitors found hard to locate. Please ignore any defensiveness or denials in response to this review. The above represents our experience as it was, and all communicated to reception or 'ticketed'. Should any of these issues have not been then passed on to Regus head offices, this again indicates their communication issues.

I’ve been renting an office space at Regus Harrow for the past 8 months, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facilities are top-notch—there’s a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming waiting area, and a professional reception team that always makes visitors feel at ease. The location is fantastic, just minutes from Harrow-on-the-Hill station, and the overall atmosphere is really motivating. Highly recommend Regus Harrow for anyone looking for a flexible, professional workspace!

Looking for an office location for your business? Harrow College Road is an ideal location with great transport links. The centre team of Danielle and Hawer are fantastic and always helpful. I have been here since the inception of my consultancy.
