Located just a five-minute walk from Finsbury Park station. Perfect for Freelancers and Small Teams. This unique space provides flexible working for up to 100 people and has studio space onsite for exercise and play classes. Everything from body pump to puppy yoga.

Surrounded with large windows, loads of natural light and plants, the space has been designed with wellness in mind.

We have a beautiful open plan office space, four phone boots and a wide range of lounge and breakout spaces to accommodate all types of daily work.

Turn right out of Finsbury Park station and walk west down Seven Sisters Road for five minutes. We are located in the yellow brick new build on the first floor.

A very well-thought-out co-working space. Proper office chairs, second screens, great coffee dispensed from a hi-tech machine, proper phone booths, a few different seating areas for comfy work, a friendly and helpful team, and a cute little dog. All in all, a fantastic space. Highly recommend. 👏

I spent over three years at Work and Play, and it has consistently been one of the best coworking environments I have worked in. The space is beautifully designed: bright, modern, and comfortable, which makes it easy to focus and actually enjoy being there. The little things really add up: great free coffee, well-thought-out work areas, and spaces where you can switch between deep work and more relaxed moments. I especially loved the Wednesday breakfasts every other week, with amazing chocolate croissants! The team puts real effort into creating a friendly atmosphere, and the regular socials are a great way to meet people and feel part of a community without any pressure. Over time I met many interesting and genuinely kind people here, which has been one of the highlights. If you are looking for a coworking space with great energy, thoughtful design, good coffee, and a nice community, I would definitely recommend Work and Play.
