This is a great community space right next to Finsbury Park station. It's got rooms for hire for meetings and events which are very good and very affordable. Plus a lovely garden and rooftop space. Also it has a range of community activities supporting local people.

I am in the process of occupying one of the serviced offices. Dealing with FPT has been an absolute delight. The space is comfy, warm and clean. Communication has been pleasant and efficient. I'm looking forward to being based here full time. Update after a a bit over a year: I am still very happy in this space. The FPT team are working very hard on improving the space, communications are friendly and prompt, issues are dealt with. Having tried different service offices providers, I can say with confidence that FPT trust offers incredible value and personal touch to serviced office space.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Finsbury Park Trust.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Finsbury Park Trust to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
