I have been with Big Yellow Battersea for more than two years now and have had a wonderful experience. Roland and Raheem are incredibly helpful and somehow always manage to remember me. Everyone is friendly and responsive and the facilities are clean and well lit. The music they pipe in is helpful when you need motivation to organise your storage unit!

55 Lombard Road has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Big Yellow.
