I rented a property for a few yrs with Penhurst. I found the staff to be helpfull and if there was a fault it was a seamless process and maintenance staff inside good. Exterior less so. Although we recieved a no fault eviction, they tried to reaccom me and the return of the deposit was swift. The only issue I had was the agent who I think now left just brought in random tenants, not really cool in a small 3bed property without a Vibe Check. Overall a good experience and I always recxomend this company to others in search of a new rental.
