I rented a property for a few yrs with Penhurst. I found the staff to be helpfull and if there was a fault it was a seamless process and maintenance staff inside good. Exterior less so. Although we recieved a no fault eviction, they tried to reaccom me and the return of the deposit was swift. The only issue I had was the agent who I think now left just brought in random tenants, not really cool in a small 3bed property without a Vibe Check. Overall a good experience and I always recxomend this company to others in search of a new rental.

Had a great experience renting through Penhurst over the past year. Jack was our main point of contact and was always super helpful and easy to reach, really made our move to London and into the new flat smooth and stress-free. The place itself was in great condition, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly by friendly, professional people.
