It is a great place to work, a beautiful historic building, lots of fab facilities, great team. I love the roof terrace, highly recommended.

x+why in the Arding & Hobbs building is such a lovely space to work. The community managers and reception staff are so genuine and helpful, no request is too much. The workspace itself has been beautifully designed, refurbished and furnished. I would recommend anyone wanting to rent a flexible desk space or office to come and use this space, purely down to the hard work and effort the team at x+why put in create such a friendly, easy-going environment. From the warm welcome from Ted the moment you step into the reception, to the extra thoughtful experience from Josh and Jay in the workspace. Thank you x+why for creating such a great community here in Arding & Hobbs.
The team at Arding & Hobbs could not be more welcoming and accommodating. It has been a total pleasure moving my company into this building and we all feel at home already. The x+why team put on some great events here from networking events, drinks parties to yoga & mediation sessions which is a real staff perk and The Arding Rooms is a beautiful spot to entertain clients and have after work drinks. The food is delish and the atmosphere spot on. Nothing is too much trouble for all the support staff who are here, if i could give more stars i would!
