My experience was really pleasant, Amy was very informative and helpful. The room Ive rented was nice and clean, and we have received help once asked. As an improvement I would suggest to make sure the phone number is working, as I attempted to contact them over the provided phone, it was not recognised and scared me if this could be a potential scam. Thankfully we were close to the location and once we come everything was there. Another important thing that would improve client care dramatically would be, if they would have at least few light for those who are video recording as lighting in the room quite poor. Stickers to indicate where the toilets are would help to prevent any potential disruption, as it being my first time there made me very confused where toilet are and I entered the treatment room by accident.

As a therapist, these are the best rooms I’ve found to see clients. They are beautiful and calm, and the staff are incredibly professional, discreet, thoughtful and positive. The price is reasonable. Strongly recommend.

CuraRooms is one of my favourites places to have my meetings in Marylebone. Highly recommend it!
