Absolutely excellent WeWork location. The space at 10 York Road is comfortable, modern and a genuinely enjoyable place to work. The atmosphere makes it very easy to stay productive, and I always enjoy spending the day here. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Everyone I have dealt with has been exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful. Whenever I have needed assistance, the team has been responsive, understanding and genuinely willing to help rather than simply giving a standard answer. That level of customer service makes a huge difference. A great workspace, a great location and, most importantly, a fantastic team. Working here is genuinely a pleasure. Highly recommended.

It's a beautiful space and great views but not suitable as a coworking space, the only thing you need is a desk, ergonomic chair and a screen. Everything else is superfluous. There were a few cramped desks in a special "desk section" but by 9am all taken. There were masses of other non-specific space for sort of lounging or having a coffee. Bean bags, stools, what looked like dining tables. Lots of empty floor space. All totally useless. If I am paying for a coworking space for the day just give me a desk and a screen so I can plug my laptop in and work comfortably and in peace. Anyone working on a beanbag or sofa all day is not really working. So in the end it's just a waste of money

Busy and extremely loud. Almost all of the tables are "for breaks only" and there are very few tables where you can actually work, most tables are nowhere near plugs. Will not come back to this WeWork.

I really like the space - it was my first time working at wework. But the place for surprisingly quiet maybe bcs I visited on Friday. I have heard phone booths could be busy. There were laptop plug points in the phone booth. But there’s coffee, water and clean facilities in the building. I would come back again.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with City Coworking.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • City Coworking - 104 York Street operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with City Coworking, who is more than happy to help out.
