If possible i would give them a 0 They dont keep transparecy about the early deposit and the cancellation policy and just try to extract money. I just paid 900 pounds for 10 days of the service and they wont cinsider nothing didnt even get the service in first 2 days. They charge end number of money for anything. They would charge for cleaning, for deposit and the other restoration money which they say u have to just pay it and wont return the deposit. Please be careful
