Moved out in May and have been trying to resolve a discrepancy on some charges since. Have had assurances that it is being looked into but despite chasing I've not heard back since. The charges relate to a late payment fee which I was charged and paid. But disputing it since when my tenancy started on the Friday the room was not ready , and then again on the Monday it still wasn't ready. Then there is also the small print regarding refurbishment costs. I was hoping to get all of this resolved without the public post, but some six months on I'm still no further forward.

It's supposed to be a useful place, open 24/7, but it’s missing one of the most basic things — drinkable water. There’s a proud little sticker above the tap claiming it’s “potable.” Really? I tried it. Tasted like someone filtered a puddle through a sock. I mentioned it to the caretaker, and he just shrugged: “I don’t drink it.” Well, thanks for the insight, Sherlock. Might as well slap a “Totally Safe” sign on a dungeon door. The guy sees that sticker every day, knows full well the tap spits out swamp juice, and still carries on like everything’s fine. It’s like common sense took a smoke break and logic packed up and left the country. Ps. The tables and upholstered furniture also leave much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Perhaps the prominent Cyrillic book 🤔 displayed in the middle of the room has something to do with it.

All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Collaborate Works.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
