We had our wedding reception at The Boathouse mid-April and it was an incredible day in the perfect venue. From our first visit to The Boathouse last October when we were warmly greeted by Jana who kindly showed us around, we knew immediately it would be a fantastic space for our big day! We then met with Justyna who helped us with all the arrangements and planning for the wedding day, and she was so efficient, accommodating and fabulous. The day itself was incredible. At the last minute the sun came out and we were able to have the drinks reception on the decking overlooking the river. The service was excellent and all the staff were so friendly and charming. The three course lunch was delicious and all the guests were so impressed. If you are looking for a stylish venue space, with a lovely river setting and a brilliant team running proceedings, then we can’t recommend the Boathouse enough. Thank you so much for making our day so special. Nicky & Simon

If you are looking for a beautiful venue (both inside and out) for your wedding or event with impeccable event organisation and pre-event communication, amazing service and gorgeous food, look no further! Justyna, Jana and the team have been amazing throughout - we really weren’t sure we’d be able to find somewhere to pull together our wedding with just a couple of months notice, but the Soulspace team nailed it. We didn’t need to worry knowing that everything was in hand. Ours was a small intimate event with children and the venue was perfect, but equally it would be great for large groups. The day was gorgeous and we had so many compliments about the venue and the wonderful food from our guests. We had canapés and the BBQ, and everything was delicious with very generous portions (and room for seconds!). Thank you so much Soulspace!

This review has been a long time coming. When I first joined Soulspace some 2 years ago they were new. I was given a confusing tour by one of the owners. It was all fresh clearly. They had just opened. I was told it was on a 30 day rolling contract which is standard for a co-working space. So I signed up. Lovely space. Good company in the co-working. I then discovered many of the other residents were on different rents. Not a great start but okay I continued. Then they lease out about 12 of the desks to one company. Lovely group of people but the noise volume got louder and louder in the space. Not what I had agreed or signed up to. After a while I terminated my contract. Paid my last month and said bye. I thought that would be the end. Sadly they informed me that I apparently owed them three months rent on termination. I never agreed to this or signed a contract agreeing to that. Soulspace have now aggressively pursued me for this additional money for almost a year at this point. Passing it on to whichever shady debt collector will have a go at recovering the money despite the absence of a signed contract where I agreed to these terms in advance. Despite repeated requests to see this fabled contract it has never been produced by them or any of the debt collectors. It’s a great space but it’s one of my biggest regrets signing up there. Be very careful!

I’ve been a member here since it first opened and absolutely love the place. I’ve made friends for life, have had new experiences I wouldn’t have had, have learned from others and ultimately it has created so much more than just a coworking space; it has created a community. It’s family run and not corporate and the interior design quality is excellent. I guess you just have to come and see it for yourself!
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Collaborate Works to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Collaborate Works.
Collaborate Works - 161 High Street operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.
