The worst living experience you could imagine. So happy to be leaving. Internal finishing is very poor. Communal bins overflowing to the point where the council won’t collect - the smell!! Communal areas all but abandoned and genuinely disgusting. Dog mess everywhere from the multiple owners who have dogs caged up in the apartments. We’ve had a huge leak in the top bedroom which has been ongoing for over a month…. It’s been out of use, multiple visits from multiple contractors then someone comes who’s clearly out their depth and makes the leak bigger!! No community at all. Honestly…. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Varis Workspaces.
