I’m so pleased I found this gem. The owners first and foremost are so friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful. You can tell they genuinely want you to succeed and they do their part in addressing any needs right away, the building is well maintained, clean and you can tell they’ve thought of everything you’d need as a business. I like the fact that there are a number of break away spaces to quietly get on with some work or have a private consultation or call with a client. The break room is well equipped, clean and bright and is stocked up with complimentary hot beverages. The reception is a lovely space to have your clients wait for you and having an ever-friendly face to greet them as they arrive is such a bonus. I highly recommend Collaborative One if you’re looking for a professional environment to run your business.

We have always had a positive experience when using the therapy rooms at Collaborative One. Kasturi is extremely helpful and always responds promptly to any communication.

Thank goodness for this space. I rent the therapy rooms each week and they're well-equipped, inviting and warm - particularly the talking therapy room. Booking is really simple as is access via the e-key. The lady at reception (I think her name is Kasturi) is super helpful, kind and a lovely presence in the business. My only feedback would be to create another talking therapy room if possible! That space is booking up fast most evenings, and you could be losing potential business. Or maybe have a larger partition or bifold/sliding doors in the other 'main' therapy room, to better separate the beauty/aesthetics space from the chair area. All in all, highly recommend this space.

I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience with Collaborative One. The building is always spotless, tidy, and maintained to a very high standard, which creates such a professional environment. The vending machine is a great addition and really adds to the convenience of working here. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and approachable. The reception team are always happy to help with any questions I have and provide excellent support whenever needed. The atmosphere is fantastic, the building is very well looked after, and I’m so happy I chose to rent a unit here for my business. I would highly recommend Collaborative One to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and welcoming coworking space.
