Great service from Enterprise! They got me on my way in a Ford Puma rental while my car was in the garage having repairs. From the pick up to the drop off of the rental, it was a quick and smooth process. I can’t recommend them enough, the car was a lovely drive and staff were equally as lovely and helpful! :)

I picked up a car from here while mine was in for repair. Staff where unfriendly, women on the front desk just stared at me when I walked in and 2 other employees were having an argument behind her about how he don’t want to go and collect a car because it was too late in the day. When she handed the hire car over to me the service light was on but told me it had been recently serviced and all cars they hired out were safe.

Dunston Road has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Enterprise Chesterfield.
