I was stuck in Sheffield for over 3 weeks 250 miles from home. Other forms of transport (bus/train/coach etc) weren't an option due to disability and excess connection difficulties. I looked online and found a suitable vehicle but not having personally booked a hire vehicle needed to speak with a human 😁. I called a local branch in Chesterfield who advised a suitable car was waiting for me. I had the choice of booking with her then, or through the website. I chose the website as it was a little cheaper. A further call allowed me to arrange to be picked up (free) from my location about 20 minutesaway. This was all actioned within 90 minutes from my first phone call. There were extras (£28) for excess/breakdown/tyres/screen etc but I was desperate to get home. The car provided was ok. Not a vehicle I would buy myself (Dacia) but super economical. That alone would persuade me to hire a similar vehicle for such a lengthy journey. Minor issues with stop/start and lane assist tech which I turned off but a pleasure to dive. I cant thank the Enterprise team enough for their support and professionalism. Many thanks!
Used Enterprise Chesterfield through work for a while now and they’ve always been brilliant. Really good communication, quick collections and everyone is so friendly and helpful. We recently had a mix-up with a booking on our end and they were amazing about it, coming up with a solution that meant I could keep the car and my site visit could still go ahead. Really appreciate how easy they always make everything. Such a lovely team and genuinely great service every time!

Had one or two problems with getting a good to go van, but sorted in the end. Great customer care was given when returning the van. Not too keen on the high damage protection price that you can take out. Didn’t take it out myself. Will use again if required.
