I recently had a courtesy car from Enterprise Chesterfield and I honestly couldn’t fault the service at all. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish while I was dealing with my matter. Even though they didn’t have a car available straight away, they worked quickly to get one sorted for me as soon as possible. They even delivered the car to me, which I understand isn’t something they usually do, and later arranged collection too. When I needed to be swapped into another car, they dealt with that quickly and professionally as well. The store manager was absolutely fantastic throughout and really went above and beyond to help. I also couldn’t fault the assistant manager either both were helpful, professional and made sure everything was dealt with properly. Every member of staff I dealt with was efficient, friendly and paid great attention to detail. They really made sure my needs were met and made the whole process so much less stressful. Amazing service and I’d definitely recommend Enterprise Chesterfield. Thank you again!
