Staff at the Chesterfield branch were disinterested at best and rude at worst. No hello as you approached the counter, no eye contact, and just rushed everything. I called ahead to say I was bringing the car back on a date which suited me as I wouldn't be able to bring it back any later. On taking the car back, there was no record of me calling ahead. Then I was told, as I was dropping the car off at great inconvenience, they offered a pick up service. Well, it was a bit late by then! I honestly just felt like an absolute nuisance, and they couldn't wait to get rid of me, both my on the phone and in the branch. I was asked about 50 times if I can drive a manual car, I'd have thought saying once to one person was enough but apparently not! The only nice thing was the car. It's was new and very clean.

Could not fault the team at Enterprise. I got my hire car within hours of being crashed into and they had clear communication throughout. The team were super friendly in what was an extremely stressful time for me. Could not recommend them enough. Thank you so much Enterprise Chesterfield.
