Shocking dealings with Enterprise Chesterfield. Sent a car out with flat tyres which we pumped up. Now trying to charge us £100 for a nail in tyre. We went into branch but they sent us home in same car to keep an eye on it and pump it up regularly. They didn't record anything so now saying no proof. Wouldn't even give 1 star. Also car seat covered in dog hair and a cigarette lighter under seat and they say its been checked before going out. DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE Just seen the comment. In reply to Jean. Enterprise is not listening and not prepared to look into the case further. If you would like to look into our case then please do and contact me It stated on here that Jean was the Owner. When visiting the branch I am told there is no Owner and they don't have a clue who Jean is. If she actually exists would she please contact me.

We always rent a car from here to take us down to London after a few weeks in the countryside. Not only are the staff always kind, polite and warm but they’re the only company in the area that allows for oneway rentals.

Tried to give me a van that wouldn't lock and suggested it would be ok if I unloaded all of my tools and stock every night. Ridiculously unrealistic.

Prepaid for a rental van on the 13th of November which was cancelled by the Chesterfield branch as no vans available. Still as of today waiting for a refund and everyone i have talked to hasn't had a solution or unsure what to do. Been passed round in circles by staff and management. Told multiple times the regional manager would call be but as of yet still to hear anything. Will never use enterprise again and will be sticking with Arnold Clark who offer a much better service and have competent staff. Have now reported to the BVRLA
