Staff were lovely but the business model is so scummy. We booked a van for 8am Satu rday. Arrived and they couldn't find our booking, we checked our emails and found out they'd cancelled the booking, with zero reason or explanation, at 7:47am (while we were driving to pick it up). We were then told we could still rent the van but to make the new booking would be £20 more expensive. Scummy business.

Had yet another great short term rental experience. I have been renting from this location for the last 8 years and their customer service is always very attentive, competitive and accommodating when needed. This last occasion was no exception including my experience with the Heathrow drop off. They were quick to check the car back in, the terminal shuttle was prompt and free, and they even waived the petrol fill up charge, as I was in a hurry and had only used a third of a tank. No other car rental choice needed!
Generally good but the cab was not cleaned and there was some sort of white smelly deposit. It could have been soft cheese.
