We've been in Arena Grosvenor House for just over 2 years now and it was right thing to do for our business. Carys and the team here really look after us. The facilities are great and the bacon rolls are the very best!!!

I recently started working at this fantastic serviced space, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The environment is modern, inviting, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a productive and enjoyable workday. The attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness is truly impressive, creating a comfortable and inspiring workspace. A special shoutout to Carys and Megan, who go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their helpfulness and friendly demeanor make a significant difference, always being available to assist with any requests and providing excellent support. It's rare to find such dedicated and caring colleagues who genuinely want to make your work experience as pleasant and efficient as possible. Grosvenor House provides a great working space, with very comfortable communal areas and facilities. The Arena staff are friendly and supportive. On occasion special events are held, such as get-togethers, coffee mornings, and quizzes. It is a nice place to work, the only improvement would be more on-site parking, which should hopefully be resolved soon.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Arena.
Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs.
