Worked out of The Fueling Station @ 147 Liberty for a couple months and it was an amazing experience throughout. Brilliant space, lighting, WiFi, and of course very responsive staff too. I'd definitely recommend!

The office here is a vibe! Great people. I love working here. Great amenities and snacks. They have fresh coffee every morning - good stuff. Multiple washrooms. Great location!

Probably one of the best office spaces I have worked in, I don't feel like I'm stuck in a boring office. Also, The Fueling Station provides a lot of break away space for people who just want a change of scenery. Can't forget the ladies in who keep the place in order! Christina and Jo are always so kind and helpful! They always look out for their tenants!

54 Fraser Avenue has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Fueling Station.
