Westmount 107 is a beautiful spot just off 124 St., a block away from some of the city's best cafes and restaurants. The building hosts a cohort of local entrepreneurs and designers, as well as Rge Rd. Restaurant and the Butchery by Rge Rd, a majestic new deli, bakery, and butcher shop.
We've just completed the buildout of 3,000 ft2 of shiny new cowork space on the 2nd floor. Brightly lit and finished with modern steel and glass, the space is gorgeous and well adapted to productive meeting and workspace during the day and flexible event space in the evenings.
Our entrance is on 107 Ave between at 12227. Use the access code provided to access the main entry door, and take the stairs up to the second floor. Use the pin code provided to enter the suite you would like to utilize for the day.
