We had a 20 person corporate planning session at the work up in their large room. Adam was great to work with and responsive and flexible in accommodating last minute requests and changes. Lots of windows and natural light, large TV, sink, fridge and easy to adjust furniture. We were even able to have small breakout teams work in their vibrant coworking space if they wanted.

Clean and reliable co-working space located in downtown Edmonton with a fantastic view of the city. We used it for a recurring group meeting and there was plenty of space and seating options for break-out discussions. The only issues we experienced was inconsistent wifi connection in the evenings and it can get quite warm when the sun is out. Overall good space though!

Fantastic experience from end-to-end. The space was clean, modern, and turnkey. Adam was responsive and easy to deal with. Would recommend and use again.

I've been a member of this co-working space for the past year, and I absolutely love it. The space I work from is on the 10th floor, but they also have locations on the 8th floor and main floor of the building, so there's a wide variety of environments to choose from depending on your mood or needs. I'll never forget my first visit a year ago. I was coming from another co-working space where I'd been having the worst experience and I knew I needed a change. I met with Adam on a Friday, and as a small business owner, I work every day, including weekends. He mentioned that the official fob tag takes some time to issue because the building handles it, but when I told him I had calls to take on Saturday, he went out of his way to get me a temporary fob so I could access the space. That gesture set the tone for my entire experience here. Any other co-working space would have just shrugged and said, "Sorry, we can get you the fob on Monday." It really meant a lot, and it hasn't been a one-time thing. This workspace has continued to go above and beyond for the people who come here, and that consistency is so rare. As someone who creates a lot of social media content, the lighting here is genuinely incredible and it makes a real difference for filming and photos. The amenities are equally thoughtful: a wide range of coffee and tea (including decaf options), carbonated water, and bathrooms that are always kept in pristine condition. They even stock extras like floss and mouthwash, which is such a small thing but says a lot about the level of care. What I appreciate most is the attention to detail. They are constantly innovating, actively listening to feedback, and acting on it with a sense of urgency I haven't experienced at other co-working spaces I've worked from. It's the small details that make the biggest difference. The phone booth rooms were already good when I arrived, but not long after, they improved them by adding more insulation so they'd be even more soundproof. They installed adhesive whiteboard walls in all of the office rooms, which has been a game-changer for brainstorming. When the kitchen fridge reached capacity, they didn't just shrug it off. They upgraded the entire fridge so members would have more space. What sets this place apart is that they focus on all the small details that let you walk in and immediately step into a space designed for productivity and staying in flow, so you can focus on creating your best work. Having a space like this that I can consistently come to, knowing there's community when I want it, quiet zones when I need to focus, meeting rooms when I need to collaborate, and a beautiful environment I can confidently bring clients into, has been amazing. I get to focus on what really matters because they're the team quietly supporting everything behind the scenes. The best part is that they don't wait for people to get frustrated before they take action. They're constantly anticipating needs and improving the experience. The staff is warm and friendly, the space is always clean, it smells great, and the whole place is just run exceptionally well. If you're looking for a co-working space where the people behind it genuinely care, THIS IS IT.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Workup, who is more than happy to help out.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Workup.

Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
