The Boutique Workplace Company has announced plans to expand its portfolio with a new serviced office space in Cheltenham’s Business Quarter. Located on the ground floor of the landmark Jessop House, the new space is scheduled to launch in March 2026.
With more than 10,500 square feet of fully serviced, Grade A office accommodation designed to meet the needs of small to medium-sized businesses, the new Boutique Workplace location will feature a mix of private office suites, meeting rooms, break-out spaces, and modern communal areas, providing a flexible and hospitality-led working environment.
Strategically positioned between Cheltenham Spa train station and the town centre, Jessop House combines striking external architecture with a central location surrounded by shops, restaurants and local amenities. The office is intended to give businesses a convenient, plug-and-play workspace option with fully furnished interiors and professional support services.
According to the company, the goal is to give smaller businesses access to the kind of hospitality-driven workplace experience typically associated with larger firms.
“Jessop House is a fantastic addition to our portfolio,” said Daniel Wheble, CEO of The Boutique Workplace Company. “We’re delighted to be supporting Cheltenham’s strong and vibrant business community by offering workplaces where businesses can grow, connect and enjoy a modern, tactile office environment.”
This opening will mark the company’s 20th location. While most of its workplaces are in London, Boutique also operates sites in Birmingham, Glasgow and Oxfordshire, with Cheltenham the latest step in its expansion beyond the capital.
