Small Day Office 347 | Troy Office Evolution

The owners are warm and welcoming. But... since the previous front desk concierge left, I've had nothing but issues with my mail. From not informing me that I had mail, to telling me that it's my responsibility to call to see if I have mail (even though that's the service Im paying for) to an overall snarky attitude. Gave 3 stars because prior to this, the owners truly went above and beyond. Sad that the front facing staff has horrible customer service skills and I'm now looking for a viable alternative to their services. Update: I originally signed up via iPostal. The previous front desk concierge convinced me to switch to you all because you offered more benefits. She held to those terms. She's since left and I've not received the same standard of service. My review remains unchanged.

Nice office and friendly/supportive staff!

Hosted an afternoon offsite meeting here for six people. Great space, convenient location, reasonable price, top notch meeting room, on-site manager very helpful - will gladly book with Office Evolution again!

Our entire team relocated here when our neighboring office was closed due to maintenance. For approximately a month, our whole team and admin worked out of this space. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was given a key fob that allowed me to work out of the space after hours and on weekends. I also enjoyed the other business owners and associates there. It was a very professional setting. I had no problem meeting clients here and conducting the day to day of my role here in financial services. I loved the cafe and snack bar area. I highly recommend this space for anyone from someone starting a small business to a team of 12-15.

Best place for coworking in the detroit metropolitan area. Free and yummy coffee Good ambience Courteous staff On top of everything, they offered me a free printing service as well. Definitely be returning soon
