The owners are warm and welcoming. But... since the previous front desk concierge left, I've had nothing but issues with my mail. From not informing me that I had mail, to telling me that it's my responsibility to call to see if I have mail (even though that's the service Im paying for) to an overall snarky attitude. Gave 3 stars because prior to this, the owners truly went above and beyond. Sad that the front facing staff has horrible customer service skills and I'm now looking for a viable alternative to their services.

My team and I spent about 15 months at Office Evolution in Troy; they are the absolute gold standard of professional workspaces in the area!!!! Colleen and Brandon Budde have created a compelling workspace that manages to do the impossible: it’s a large, professional coworking hub that still feels incredibly intimate. They truly care about their members and make a genuine effort to know you by name. The amenities are top-notch all around. They provide everything from mailing and phone services to a fully stocked kitchen and high-end conference spaces. Whether your business is large or small, they accommodate your needs without hesitation. A special shout-out to April at the front desk. While she isn’t a 'personal' receptionist, she goes above and beyond to make your business feel like a priority, managing the space with grace and professionalism. Even though we’ve moved on, I tell everyone: do not overlook this location if you are seeking business solutions in Troy!

I'm a CPA who is positioning myself for eventual retirement, and am in the process of scaling down. OfficeEvolution in Troy has been a great solution for my changing needs. As a lifelong consultant/mentor of small businesses, I would highly recommend to any business owner that he or she visit this facility to see how his or her needs could be met...especially for someone who is starting out on a limited budget. They have multiple plans to choose from, giving me the flexibility that I need at various times throughout the year. Having maintained larger office suites throughout my career, I find their rates to be quite reasonable, again on the economical side for those just starting out. Their multiple plans also allow flexibility as a business owner's needs grow. The staff members are professional, attentive, and warm. The offices are new, and are decorated very nicely. OfficeEvolution also has a great break/lounge area that provides some complimentary hospitality items, has appliances and furnishings for those who need to dine in or simply to take a break, and is conveniently located near I-75. When I was seeking a transitional solution, this was the first place that I looked...and my only place, having found just what I needed.
