Day Office 306 | Troy Office Evolution

Worked here while traveling as I needed a quiet place while staying with family. Great environment, quiet, and had all of the necessary amenities. I booked a small day office on one day and a day pass to use a desk another day. The private offices are good if you need to be on a lot of calls. But in general even if you just have a desk it’s pretty quiet. There are also two phone booths you can use with a day pass.

High quality, modern office. Furniture, monitors, windows, kitchen.... everything was excellent. We'll definitely return.

The owners are warm and welcoming. But... since the previous front desk concierge left, I've had nothing but issues with my mail. From not informing me that I had mail, to telling me that it's my responsibility to call to see if I have mail (even though that's the service Im paying for) to an overall snarky attitude. Gave 3 stars because prior to this, the owners truly went above and beyond. Sad that the front facing staff has horrible customer service skills and I'm now looking for a viable alternative to their services. Update: I originally signed up via iPostal. The previous front desk concierge convinced me to switch to you all because you offered more benefits. She held to those terms. She's since left and I've not received the same standard of service. My review remains unchanged.

Nice office and friendly/supportive staff!

Hosted an afternoon offsite meeting here for six people. Great space, convenient location, reasonable price, top notch meeting room, on-site manager very helpful - will gladly book with Office Evolution again!
