Fern Room | Nine3One

This review is long over-due! Working remote, I’ve come across a lot of shared workspaces across the globe and this is by far one of my favorites to land at when I’m in the area. Comfort, convenience, professionalism, the energy, the amenities….all above par! Their facility is always clean, upkept, and always stocked with little snacks, drinks and probably the best fruit-infused water I’ve ever had. Not sure what it is about that water but it’s a must have when you go. They have a bunch of office spaces, different office settings, bench desks and have a quite booth for those private work calls if needed. The office spaces vary in size and some include docking stations and monitors while others are the perfect set up for those who work fine with just a laptop. Having a nice location/setting is one thing. But the personal interactions and support provided by the team there is what really brings the people back! There is something about this team of people that radiate this contagious, good energy. Their team dynamics and how they operate make the guest experience very seamless and so convenient. Malia and Angela are two of the team members there that really standout as they’re always going above and beyond to help with any questions or support needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area!

Things at good prices

I love coming here to work when I need a quiet and comfortable environment to be productive. Malia always greets me with a warm smile and the entire staff is incredibly accommodating and kind. It's never busy, so there's always a place to sit, the kitchen is fully stocked with delicious snacks and drinks, and sometimes there's even wine, beer, and food prepared by a chef for everyone to enjoy. If you're a remote worker and looking for a coworking space in Modesto, Nine3One is the best option.

I had such a great experience using nine3one as an office space for the day. Malia helped me when I arrived, gave me a tour of the different office spaces, and was incredibly professional, approachable, and helpful. The space itself is amazing. They have strong WiFi, printer access, common area workspaces, private office options, and larger meeting spaces depending on what you need. The common kitchen area was also a great bonus, with plenty of drinks and snacks available, which I believe are included with the day pass. I’m really glad I found this place when I needed a quiet, professional, and comfortable place to work for the day. I would definitely recommend nine3one to anyone needing office space in Modesto.
