I love coming here to work when I need a quiet and comfortable environment to be productive. Malia always greets me with a warm smile and the entire staff is incredibly accommodating and kind. It's never busy, so there's always a place to sit, the kitchen is fully stocked with delicious snacks and drinks, and sometimes there's even wine, beer, and food prepared by a chef for everyone to enjoy. If you're a remote worker and looking for a coworking space in Modesto, Nine3One is the best option.

I had such a great experience using nine3one as an office space for the day. Malia helped me when I arrived, gave me a tour of the different office spaces, and was incredibly professional, approachable, and helpful. The space itself is amazing. They have strong WiFi, printer access, common area workspaces, private office options, and larger meeting spaces depending on what you need. The common kitchen area was also a great bonus, with plenty of drinks and snacks available, which I believe are included with the day pass. I’m really glad I found this place when I needed a quiet, professional, and comfortable place to work for the day. I would definitely recommend nine3one to anyone needing office space in Modesto.

I worked out of Nine 3 One for the last year or so. They are the absolute best. The regulars all feel like family and the place feels like home. Malia their community manager make the most AMAZING fruit infused water! All of the staff is helpful and accomodating. I loved getting out of the house to work there. 10 out of 10 reccomend getting a private office if one is available!
