Agave Room | Nine3One

I've been a guest at Nine3One making use of day passes for several years now and find the offices to be very clean, the staff hospitable and friendly, with excellent amenities including Wi-Fi and a shared fridge. There is plenty of space to work either at a table in the common area or downstairs at a table in the breezeway. The office is conveniently located downtown within walking distance to local offices, restaurants, and a Starbucks next door. I would highly recommend this for anyone needing a full time workspace or a temporary one as I do.

Loved the place. It was super convenient. I was on my way to Yosemite and needed to work for part of the day before I head to the park. Using this space let me beat the traffic leaving the Bay Area on a Friday afternoon. There's also lot of cheap parking behind the venue. Malia, the office manager was super helpful. This was my first time using a co-working space. She answered all my questions before and during my use of the space, very patiently. Thank you!

This review is long over-due! Working remote, I’ve come across a lot of shared workspaces across the globe and this is by far one of my favorites to land at when I’m in the area. Comfort, convenience, professionalism, the energy, the amenities….all above par! Their facility is always clean, upkept, and always stocked with little snacks, drinks and probably the best fruit-infused water I’ve ever had. Not sure what it is about that water but it’s a must have when you go. They have a bunch of office spaces, different office settings, bench desks and have a quite booth for those private work calls if needed. The office spaces vary in size and some include docking stations and monitors while others are the perfect set up for those who work fine with just a laptop. Having a nice location/setting is one thing. But the personal interactions and support provided by the team there is what really brings the people back! There is something about this team of people that radiate this contagious, good energy. Their team dynamics and how they operate make the guest experience very seamless and so convenient. Malia and Angela are two of the team members there that really standout as they’re always going above and beyond to help with any questions or support needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area!

Things at good prices

I love coming here to work when I need a quiet and comfortable environment to be productive. Malia always greets me with a warm smile and the entire staff is incredibly accommodating and kind. It's never busy, so there's always a place to sit, the kitchen is fully stocked with delicious snacks and drinks, and sometimes there's even wine, beer, and food prepared by a chef for everyone to enjoy. If you're a remote worker and looking for a coworking space in Modesto, Nine3One is the best option.
