After touring several Madison options, I chose Office Evolution – Madison Arboretum over two years ago now and have been in a two-person private office ever since. Definitely the best private/dedicate office space I've experienced in Madison. The move-in was fast and the space is truly turnkey in terms of getting set up. Super easy. The location offers private/dedicated offices, coworking memberships, meeting/conference rooms, and virtual office services in one place, all managed onsite. That was something I did not find in the other options I explored around Madison, especially at this price point. It's location near the Madison Arboretum, right off the beltline has been perfect for me. Day-to-day operations are so smooth, comfortable, and laid back here. There’s front-desk/reception support, high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee/tea, a community kitchen, and 24/7 access with memberships. The surface parking is free and right outside, which has made client meetings painless compared to downtown garages. Booking conference rooms is straightforward, and the space has meeting rooms, conference rooms, and training rooms for more structured sessions, which are very handy when I need to host clients. It’s a quiet, professional environment with the flexibility I needed—no long commercial lease—and amenities that cover everything from a business address to hosted meetings. If you prefer driving and want a polished, non-downtown setting with reliable services under one roof, this is a great fit. Here's how Office Evolution – Madison Arboretum compared to other Madison-area private/dedicated office spaces I toured: Office Evolution – Madison Arboretum vs. Serendipity Labs – West Madison: Serendipity Labs was a way too polished, sterile atmosphere and not an ideal location. Think glass walls and concrete. Pricing was way too expensive for a one-person or two-person office, and parking is paid/covered, not free. Amenities skewed toward corporate perks I'd rarely actually use rather than practical convenience. Office Evolution trades those luxury extras for way better value and drive-up access. If you care more about efficiency, practical amenities, value, and client parking Office Evolution will definitely win. Office Evolution – Madison Arboretum vs. Expansive The Capitol: Expansive (which used to be called Novel Coworking) had a strange energy and vibe despite being downtown near the Capitol. Downtown really has more disadvantages than advantages. It means paid garage parking, heavier traffic, and limited loading access. It might be good for a startup or those who need to be seen downtown, but definitely not ideal if you're going to be having people drive in on site. The office costs were also surprisingly high for what it was. Office Evolution give me very comparable private-office amenities and conference rooms, with none of the parking fees or traffic stress of being downtown. Office Evolution – Madison Arboretum vs. Regus: Regus is a global brand with several Madison centers, and it's totally corporatized. The spaces are professional in a very old-school sense, but to me, the spaces felt overly corporate and transactional. Every perk is an a-la-carte add-on: pay extra for meeting rooms, phones, or even coffee. The pricing was way too expensive and there were a lot of hidden fees in the contract I got. I would not suggest Regus to basically anyone. Office Evolution – Madison Arboretum vs. BrixCoworking: Brix is downtown on West Mifflin. Parking is through nearby ramps (paid), and foot traffic can be busy during events. The space is more community-driven, which can mean more noise and activity. Not a place I would want to work privately to get a lot done without distraction. Office Evolution is a way quieter, more private environment and direct parking access, which is client calls and solo work. If you want a professional, quiet, client-friendly workspace with everything included — and you value ease of access over downtown status — Office Evolution – Madison Arboretum is the best option I found.

I used the co-working area at Office Evolution while in town over the summer and loved it. The office space is gorgeous, clean, professional, and quiet. The office manager is warm and made me feel welcome and at home. They have a couple of private offices set aside to use for phone calls and video conferencing, which worked great. The WIFI worked fine. I will definitely use Office Evolution when I'm back in town.

From the moment I joined Office Evolution, I’ve been impressed. Letitia, the Business Center Manager, and Keith, the owner, welcomed me warmly and instantly made me feel at home. The office itself is spotless, professional, and equipped with everything one would need to stay productive. Before securing my office space here, I also used their virtual office service, and the team made every interaction—like mail pickup—smooth and effortless. My experience has been nothing short of excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend Office Evolution to anyone seeking a professional, supportive, and welcoming place to work.
