This is just the break room of the office building- it's not an actively managed space. There was not any coffee available and I had to find a random employee from another company to share wifi information.

I tried to book a room but there wasn’t anyone to help me. Only a sign that said “call this guy for help”. Well that guy wasn’t helpful he said “let me give you an email to someone else”. Email, really? I went on the website instead but it said they were booked for the day despite the offices being 90% empty. Gave up and just booked a hotel room for the day instead.

This appears to be a relatively new building, erected as part of a development around a small baseball field. But the "coworking" business, if you will, is apparently just the break room for the building. There wasn't anyone working, so there was no way to get any information about any available wifi, and there was no one else coworking there all day, just a steady stream of people using the refrigerators, eating lunch, washing dishes, etc. Kind of a weird vibe.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Bullpen Coworking.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Bullpen Coworking may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
