My lease started on 04/01/2026. In March, I paid $907.80 for what I was told was a standard two-month rent deposit. On 04/02/2026, I paid $980, which covered April and May rent (since this property charges the following month’s rent in advance). At that point, my account should have been at $0.00. That means by May 1st, I should only have owed June’s rent ($453), with payment due by May 15. I had already set up my card for automatic payments on April 2nd when I made my previous payment (got email confirmation). However, I noticed my account still showed a past due balance, so on 05/17/2026 I made a payment of $453.70 and set up my card again (got email confirmation). Later, I was told that payment did NOT go toward rent it was charged as a fee for not having a card on file. This makes no sense. I set up my payment method twice and have email confirmations for both. I was even told the office receives confirmations as well. So there should be clear proof that my card was on file. Conveniently, they say they don’t get notifications when a card is removed, but I never removed it. Now I’m being told I owe $991 total: $48 late fee $471 June rent $471 July rent When in reality, I should only be responsible for July’s rent. At this point, I’m concerned about being repeatedly charged incorrect fees. If I pay this balance, will I be charged another fee again for “not having a card on file” even though this will be my third time setting it up?

I’ve been to other offices and I can say nothing compares to Regus! The atmosphere is so welcoming and clean and I love stopping in to see Ariana, she’s amazing! I definitely would recommend anyone thinking about coming here to do it, don’t hesitate!!

I’ve been leasing an office at Regus, and I can honestly say the experience has been phenomenal. The location is perfect. Easy to access, professional, and ideal for hosting clients. But what truly sets this place apart is the service. Ariana is an absolute superstar. From the moment you walk through the door, she greets you with a warm smile, unmatched professionalism, and a genuinely uplifting attitude. She doesn’t just do her job, she elevates the entire experience. Whether it’s helping with day‑to‑day needs, answering questions, or going the extra mile without hesitation, Ariana brings an energy that makes working here a joy. My team meets at the 76th Street Regus location a few times a month, and choosing this space has been one of our best decisions. Every visit is consistently great. The facility is spotless, well-maintained, and creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes meetings not just productive, but enjoyable. But again, Ariana is the heart of it all. My team was looking for a professional space to meet once a month, and we decided on the Regus location on 76th Street. It has been a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, Ariana made us feel incredibly welcome and was always willing to help with anything we needed. No matter the time of day, she is always smiling, professional, and attentive. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and very inviting, making it a great place to host meetings.
