Its a great space and Maura, the local manager, is simple awesome to work with and super helpful. The meeting rooms tend to book up well in advance, which can be frustrating, but it's workable. Parking in that neighborhood is notoriously difficulty but the Guest slots next to the building help for our clients.

I would strongly advise against using this location for virtual services if you have physical mail that needs to be dealt with. Mail handling has been an issue since we signed up over 2 years ago. You can go 2 weeks with getting no mail and then suddenly 2 weeks of mail show up. You request it to be forwarded and it will be another week. We have had mail sent to other companies and also received other people's mail. I don't understand why handling mail is so difficult. I suspect they don't have a dedicated mail person and instead it is done as a side job by someone who already has other tasks. Mail appears to be the first thing which is non done. As of today, we have had no mail uploaded for over 2 weeks, that is impossible for our business.
