From industrial to industrious, Scott’s Addition is where it’s at to work and play in RVA today. Gather here to be centrally located, and get anywhere worth being in 20 minutes or less. Breweries and restaurants of national note are within walking distance for when your daily do-list gets done. Oh, and the museum district, Flying Squirrels and historic parks and outdoor spaces are all within a 5 minute drive.

Been working here for years, and have always found it to be comfortable, friendly, and supportive. Great space whether you prefer privacy or community. They have definitely cracked the code when it comes to finding inviting, fun, and helpful community managers. Highly recommend!

This location was easy to find with Google Maps -- it took us right to the parking area (which is limited, but there is additional parking around the building). We met here with our attorney to sign our wills, and we were provided with a private area with seating for six. The lady working at reception joined us since she was also a Notary, so the whole process was efficient and no muss, no fuss. And did I mention they have coffee and a nice waiting area for those who are meeting up where with others? I highly recommend this facility.
