Cannot recommend Expansive enough due to the incredible support provided by Chandler. Every time the office ran into a problem she was there to assist efficiently and professionally. She is outstanding in her abilities to problem solve while bringing a positive energy that feels contagious to the office.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I purchased the lounge pass and had an amazing experience. The instructions to enter were super clear, I sat down, got to work immediately, and even enjoyed free coffee. The space is nice, quiet, and perfect for productivity. They also have private offices and meeting rooms you can rent if you need more privacy. A special shoutout to Chandler, the on-site community manager — she is an absolute ray of sunshine. Loved my interaction with her.

Chandler Girman has recently joined the team and has been extremely helpful. Our office had a few issues and queries and Chandler was quick to respond and help. She was able to solve every issue we had and took extra time to make sure we were all set.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Expansive.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
