What a joke. Rented a nice little office last year for 6 months to start. After 2 months they sent a note saying the renewal would be 85% more per month. Nice bait and switch. They eventually said 50%....we left. So, we are 6 months in and still cannot get our refund back because they screwed up our invoices by charging us for coffee service. Even when we showed them the emails clearly stating no service and they said they would take care of it...nothing done! We have tried and tried to get it resolved. Even took a check to them for the correct amount of the last invoice and they could not actually take a check at the office. Yet, they cannot put us in touch with anyone that can. Do not use this company!

Great downtown location in the Truist Place, bank building across from the state capitol. We have offices with great views of the city. Stop by and take a tour!

The location itself is fine and in-office staff have been helpful. However, the parent company (Regus/HQ) is terrible. Twice, at two different office locations (Truist Place and The Boulders), I had several co-working desk reservations cancelled because they allowed another client to "permanently reserve" the desks. They will not offer refunds or allow you to terminate your membership agreement early. Instead they will keep billing you for the period of your agreement and tell you to find a desk somewhere else, even if there are no locations convenient to you. Edit to add: The saga continues. I had already called and put in a request online for assistance (which is the only option and makes working out issues extremely difficult), and the person wrote back that they would not refund my account: "Please understand that we have to know your plans in advance, as we base our business on signed commitments from our customers." Clearly this company does not understand "commitments" and does not care that I DID let them know my "plans in advance" when I made the co-working desk bookings, which they then cancelled.
