I'm loving my office, it's private, for the most part quiet, and my neighbors within the shared suite office space are great people. I like the camaraderie we share here and the conveniences of a kitchenette where we can meet and just chat with each other of our independent businesses. Shared office space is a growing field for the newly independent small business owner.

At LocalWorks Fairfax - Fairfax Blvd, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with LocalWorks.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
