I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition and upkeep of the Lanham location. Unfortunately, the facility has consistently fallen below what I would expect from a professional workspace. The kitchen area is frequently left with overflowing trash, the sink is often dirty and unsanitary, and basic supplies such as paper towels are regularly unavailable. In addition, the Wi-Fi service is unreliable and frequently goes down, creating unnecessary disruptions for those of us who depend on the space to conduct business. What is equally concerning is the lack of responsiveness to customer concerns. I called yesterday to report these issues and did not receive a return call or any follow-up communication. As a paying customer, I expect both a clean, well-maintained environment and timely responses when problems are reported.

I was a virtual office client of Oasis Office for about a year and a half. They would take in my business mail and would give me access to their conference room for client meetings. The cost of the service itself is probably the cheapest out there. But you get what you pay for. I have been double booked for client meetings several times and have been requested to occupy a vacant office space (some without sufficient desk space) in those instances. The office manager is rarely there. And when you walk into the suite, it clearly gives off the vibe that it is a shared office setting. While the suite isn't as nice as other shared office spaces, again I can't complain about what I am getting for the price. Keep this in mind before moving forward!

The only regret I have about moving my private practice to Oasis Office Space is not moving there earlier. The building is upscale and safe with plenty of parking. The office itself is clean and inviting. The best part of renting from Oasis has been working with their office manager Anita. She is flexible and responsive and so accommodating. Whether I have needed specific documents for the lease, or a bit more space, or simply needing to borrow paper, Anita has problem solved and met my needs within hours. Great experience!
