This place is fantastic. The owner and manager are very welcoming and professional. The space is comfortable and the packages are great. The one thing I loved about this place is all the outlets (even portable) and seating options, which I have not seen anywhere else. Some desks in the common area come with a monitor to plug into and I have not seen that anywhere else without having to bring your own. Thoughtful design, great space, & great people.

I recommend Office Evolution if you need a workspace or an office in Fairfax, VA. I looked at five workspace/office providers in the area, and Office Evolution beat them on price, access, services, and polish. Canden and Fred are a great team who made onboarding easy and keep the place running smoothly.

I work from home bit when a family member needed to come back home with their kiddos I quickly needed a quiet place to work, Panera wasn’t cutting it - I am on webconferences all day. Frank and Camden turned around a quote for me overnight and I am set up and working close to home but in absolute peace. There are also snacks here and a very professional but relaxed vibe.
At Fairfax Office Evolution, Meeting Rooms and Private Day Offices can be booked by the hour. In addition, Coworking Memberships can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Office Evolution.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Office Evolution, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
