I love our space, it's changed the lives of my business partner and me, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a suite to do business in.

I’ve been renting an office space at Edistrict for 5 years. I love the location, the cleanliness of the building and the aesthetic of the building. The property owner, Josh, has been great to rent from and work with. He has always taken a genuine interest in seeing my business grow and has checked in continually through the pandemic and other major events to make sure both my business and me were doing alright. I would absolutely recommend renting at Edistrict.

We moved in and have had a great experience here with Josh Patel and edistrict. Josh even offered to give us a hand when we were moving in some heavy printing equipment. Josh has been both honest and kind. He has given us competitive rental rates. We have been here 4 years and are very happy with the space. The building itself is very clean. Bathrooms are clean. It is a great location right next to to i15. High speed fiber internet is available which our business relies on for online orders. There is also a great opportunity to advertise on the huge outdoor sign that faces i15. I would highly recommend this spot to any business that wants to grow.

This place is an absolute gem, truly an entrepreneur’s dream. You’ll meet incredible people here, from fellow tenants to the welcoming staff. Everyone is genuinely friendly and treats you like family. The staff goes above and beyond, showing real care for you and your business. It’s hard to have a bad day here, the energy is just that uplifting. As a tenant in a nearby building, I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with some amazing folks. The shared spaces are top-notch, including a beautifully designed break room and an impressive conference room available to all tenants. I love when old buildings are given new life, and this one is a perfect example. The restoration and upkeep are truly inspiring, it’s a place that leaves you in awe. Even if you don’t end up renting, make sure to stop by and see it for yourself. It’s well worth a visit.
