Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

  It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Builder Studios, who is more than happy to help out.

  Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

  For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

  Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

• Can I visit Builder Studios before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Builder Studios.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Builder Studios? How about for a day or a month?

  At Builder Studios, Conference Room (Glass Office Area)s, Conference Room (Suite 200, top floor)s and Podcast Studios can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Hot Desks, Conference Room (Glass Office Area)s and Conference Room (Suite 200, top floor)s are also available. In addition, Executive Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.
