This is truly a one of a kind office space. From the exterior you might think you’re walking into an old dusty building, but once you enter you’ll be met with characters galore and an abundance of amenities. I’m talking ping pong tables, a gym, a golf simulator, fairly priced snacks and beverages, and much more. In addition to all of that the proprietor of the building is also a pretty solid dude.

Dale and Team are Fantastic. The office spaces are clean and comfy. Not sure how Dale attracts his tenants, but they are cool as cucumbers.

Such an incredible space for my office, for events, for meetings, for gatherings, for fitness, for golf simulation, for podcast creation, and for rock wall climbing. And incredibly affordable!!
