The venue itself is gorgeous and you don’t have to add many decorations because it’s so pretty! However the new event coordinator Ashlie is not great to work with. When we arrived to set up at 9:00 am in the morning there was a service truck parked outside the venue for air conditioning. When I walked into the venue it was noticeably hot inside. I asked the staff if the air conditioning was broken and they said “no don’t worry it’s just getting routine service”. We continued on decorating and it got more And more hot as the day went on. I asked the staff once again if the air was broken and they denied it saying it will take a couple hours to cool down. At this point it had been several hours and the temperature had not changed. They continued to lie about it bracing broke all day. I finally asked the workers who had been there all day working on the air and they in fact told me it was broken. By the time all the guests arrived it was so dang hot and uncomfortable. I understand things happen but don’t lie to my face about it. I emailed Ashlie the coordinator asking for compensation since I didn’t get what I paid for and and she said sorry we don’t do refunds. I wasn’t asking for a full refund, just compensation since I booked an air conditioned venue in June and didn’t get what I paid for. As a business owner sometimes you have to eat cost like that. Anything would have been nice since I paid $3500 for the venue with no air in June. If I wanted to have a hot sweaty wedding in June I would have done it outside, but we wanted to be comfortable and cool which is why we were drawn to this venue. Seems crazy to me that you wouldn’t want to try and make things right. All they care about is getting their money. Horrible customer service!!!

I’ve actually been to a couple different events at this venue and loved it! Such a beautiful place and clearly a lot of thought was put into each event by both Shay and Kari. Both events were personalized and the sweetest little additional touches. And the food was amazing! I’d love to see the Mother’s Day brunch again!

I've been to two completely different events at The Venue. One was a a gorgeous wedding and the other was a celebration of Mother's Day. Cheers to both Shay and Kari who helped create the best memories! It has the most gorgeous view, plus the food at both events was amazing!! The wedding had a full dinner that that was so delicious, it had us all going back for more! The other had hors d'oeuvres that were picture perfect and equally tasty. Plus they had these little cakes. I wanted to hire the baker to bake for me at home. Bottom line is that The Venue at the Ranches is a 10 all around!!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, The Venue at The Ranches may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • With a monthly membership, 4118 East Clubhouse Lane offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.

  • At 4118 East Clubhouse Lane, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
