I signed a workspace agreement with Spaces and realized immediately that it wasn’t the right fit. I called within an hour of signing to cancel and was told cancellation is absolutely not allowed, regardless of how quickly the request is made. I’m posting this hoping that someone at corporate sees it and is willing to handle this in a reasonable way. ***My Response to Spaces reply*** I have already attempted to open a support ticket, but each time I’m redirected back to the local staff I’ve already spoken with. Unfortunately, they’ve been unable to help me resolve this issue or process my cancellation, which is why I reached out here. I’m still hoping someone can assist me beyond the local office, because I have not been able to get support through the normal channels.

Best location and facilities u have experienced in the Regus chain. Helpful staff. Would highly recommend a remote entry option so staff could let people in from the main desk when busy assisting others.

I had a really bad experience with them last year. After hours workers will go in your office. Almost everyday someone will go in after 6 p.m. even if you are inside the office. It was weird. They took months to return the deposit. A year after I quit working with them they sent me a bill for like 4 cups off coffee that someone bought a few weeks ago using my account. Probably one of the workers that would go into my office. I called them to report it and the employee said she would fix it. She didn't and it looks like they are trying to eventually send me to collections for a $14 invoice for coffees. Pay more for a different office. This isn't the place.
