I would simply say this is best option for the businesses to get an office with all facilities and 24/7 access. Their team is professional. Ms. Sophia is best Manager. Their team is available anytime to support you and assist you. During working hours Ms. Jenifer or Ms. Sophia will welcome you with a professional smile. I would say this facility will be your best choice.

Always a wonderful experience at the Lucid Private Offices in Sugar Land. The employees and staff are all very professional and are the best! They are always available to assisist, answer any questions and to make sure things are running as advertised. Class A Operation!
At 77 Sugar Creek Center Boulevard, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. In addition, Private Offices and Coworking Memberships can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Lucid Private Offices.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
