Upon visiting this location for lounge access I love how easy it was to find the Regus suite. The outside patio gives it an extra touch and Karla along with Lesli are doing a great job , their Christmas decorations made the location feel like home.

Horrible office space management. Do not rent here! I am a physician and entered into a contract with them back in September of 2024. At that time very good management. Kind and courteous. Recent change in management. Rude front desk workers. Overall manager Georgina rude. I have had so many threatening emails from them I can’t keep count. Automatically renewed my agreement with no confirmation from me for 24 months! Sent an email out but never waited for a response or followed up when they didn’t get one. Multiple times charged for a parking space when I never park a car there. Multiple threatening emails about chairs being moved that have nothing to do with me. This last month their payment system was not functioning properly and I could only pay a partial payment because of their system. Multiple screenshots and help tickets sent but no instructions on how to pay. When I finally did get instructions and paid I get a threatening letter of “default of agreement.” When it is clearly documented on screenshots and emails I attempted multiple times. Stay away from this place! They have nicer office space in the same area with companies that appreciate your business. On top of that the offices are very basic and I was told I would be able to order furniture when I signed the agreement and a year later still have the same basic 2 table and chairs. Please lease somewhere else where they value you as a customer.
