We utilized the Lifetime Work co working space during the last few months of our restaurant construction. Antoinette, Tiffani and Jordan made the experience such a welcoming one! They operate the space with such professionalism, all the while, creating a family feel to the atmosphere. We will definitely we back to use the conference rooms and a friendly hello!

I've been a founding member of Lifetime Work Shenandoah since day one, and with the one-year anniversary coming up, I felt it was time they earned this review. This is my third local office rental, so I have a solid basis for comparison. It’s truly the best office environment for local businesses. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the gym downstairs and all the Woodlands/Shenandoah shopping spots nearby. The space itself is always clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything you need to stay productive—fast WiFi, plenty of meeting rooms, and comfortable workstations. What really stands out is the sense of community—it doesn’t feel like there are tons of businesses here because everyone’s so friendly, and the staff is just fantastic. Special thanks to Antoinette, Corey, and Alex for always being so amazing. I'm honestly surprised they don’t have more reviews, but I guess we're all just busy running our businesses!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Life Time Work.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Life Time Work, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
