I returned the office keys on April 9th ​​and today is June 8th and they haven't returned my retained deposit worth almost $4k, no one cares about helping to solve the problem, this is regrettable, I just want my money back which is mine and is in the contract. Disappointed.

I rented an office with them for a year, I complied with all the contracts, they discounted $80 per month for coffee that I never used and I also complained to cut it, but the worst was that after the end of the contract, I returned the office in perfect condition, everything clean because within a year I used it a few times, but they still haven't returned my retained deposit, this has been 2 months and no one has helped to solve the problem, the amount is $3,920 that I believe I can lose, but I will have to spend on a lawyer that won't be cheap. Be very careful, they are friendly when it comes to renting, but they don't care about returning your retained amount, this was a disastrous experience.

Do not request information. They will put you on a relentless auto-dialer to follow up. 8-10 calls per day. I even got calls after I talked to someone and scheduled a meeting.
