The is one of the best offices I’ve ever been at… The hospitality is top notch and the surprise events make it fun. Today was soup day and it was awesome!!! Chicken Dumpling was a clear winner. ♥️

We absolutely love Lucid Private Offices. We have a virtual office here and come in about twice a month, and every experience has been great. Shannon, the manager, is amazing — always professional, helpful, and genuinely cares about the tenants. Andrea and Brittney, who works the front desk are just as wonderful. They are very sweet, welcoming, and makes you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. The 10th floor is always on point — clean, organized, and well maintained. We also love the recent upgrades to the offices and the lobby; everything looks modern, polished, and inviting. Horrible experience! Don't use them for Houston office space. Bad bookkeeping. Bad attitudes. Poor customer service practices! They do not take responsibility for anything, including returning deposits as written in the Lease Agreement. The reps (Shannon and Kylan) refuse to let tenants talk directly with the CEO when there's an issue. The top management may very well be aware of the problem and do nothing about. It trickles down from there. Most recent issue is getting back our initial deposit. Lease Agreement states it will be returned within 60 days of the end of the lease term. That has not happened. Have inquired several times and get excuses that accounting is backed up. Then a real smart middle manager (Kylan) tried to re-state the Agreement in non-sensible language and absolutely stupid terms that do not exist anywhere. She should be fired immediately for that BS. May take a lawsuit to resolve this issue. Lucid Private Offices have been dishonest and unethical in our experience.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Lucid Private Offices.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
