Ever since being acquired by venture x the client experience has gone down hill. Raising rent on short notice, not listening to client concerns, and reducing amenities. Magan the district manager has done nothing to address any of the ongoing issues from the transition, poor customer service! I do not recommend venture x.

Toured this facility and love it. The amenities are great and the facility is well maintained with excellent staff and what feels to be a good vibe. Unfortunately me and my team will be looking elsewhere. While this facility offers extended hours with access to the building 24/7, the safety only feels accurate while the sun is still shining. During some evening drive-bys (because my team will be working late hours), the people loitering around the building after dark does not seem like a safe or smart choice. Sad. If you're looking for a regular 9-5 office building, this should serve you well. For others needing extended hours, beware.

We have really enjoyed having our office here! The team is great and so kind. If we have any issues (which is rare), they fix it immediately. They have been able to create a professional but fun and casual environment. We have the ability to chill in the lobby or take some time in the wellness room. It’s also in a great location with some amazing food nearby. Highly recommended 13/10

The workspace creates a great and efficient environment that separates work from home. Chris was exceptional as explaining the products you have and a great salesman overall. Even though I rented the space for a few hours he created a space that made me want to stay long term. Major kudos to the team!
