Great location and friendly staff. Plenty spaces in the public area, newspapers, coff machines...quiet, and cozy. If you are looking for a starbucks chaos, this ain't that. Absolutely love the booths and lighting. Another thing: great sanity and spacious bathroom. I don't understand why the official posts still use markup. Here are the REAL place. Isn't it nice? 🤝

We have not had AC in our office for almost a week. We are told there is nothing wrong and they can’t do anything to fix it. I would suggest finding a different place to rent office space from.

We had a fantastic experience renting a meeting room here for a 2-day meeting. From the staff to the facility, everything was top notch! Patrick and Jackie who were at the front desk are excellent - both have great customer service skills and pay attention to details. Jackie was kind enough to answer all of my questions before the meeting, and helped out when our lunch delivery arrived. Patrick helped set up the AV in the room when we arrived, and thoughtfully volunteered helpful details like how to get an Uber (you had to go outside side the location wasn’t recognized from inside the building). I hope they both are getting the recognition they deserve! The facility was excellent as well - very modern and spacious, large kitchen, open areas and nice meeting rooms. We look forward to returning!

This workspace is the most unprofessional and unethical environment I have ever experienced. My account was automatically charged two weeks ahead of the scheduled initial payment date. When I inquired at the front desk, they couldn’t explain why and advised me not to enter my credit card details online yet, as I might be charged again in two weeks. Completely unprofessional. We were promised access to the space starting on the first of the month, yet the key access was only activated on the 2nd. Our team arrived on the 1st with our equipment, only to find ourselves locked out. Despite calling multiple contacts at Spaces/Regus/FWG, no one answered, forcing us to return the next day and hope we could get in. The HVAC system didn’t work for the first month, resulting in employees having to work from home (the office spaces was extremely humid and hot - the smell and heat was unbearable), yet we were billed for the entire month. The front desk had no information and couldn’t even provide the manager’s name. After extensive searching, I finally reached someone in California who helped us get a technician. I was initially told a part was on backorder due to COVID (despite this being four years post-pandemic), but the next day it was repaired, with the technician confirming it was just a loose connection, not a missing part - clearly being lied to by a Regus employee. The restrooms are frequently out of supplies, with urinals and toilets often nonfunctional. The communal printer fails regularly, and issues reported to the front desk are met with indifference. The coffee machine, for which we pay an additional fee each month, is also frequently out of order. The evening cleaning crews do a poor job—trash isn’t removed for days, desks aren’t wiped down, and the floors aren’t vacuumed or cleaned. Other tenants have reported similar issues, including unaddressed security concerns with homeless individuals in the corridors. After dealing with these issues for three months, I attempted to cancel, only to be informed of an additional charge of $4.50 per square foot (approximately $2,000). I don’t understand what this fee covers, as the space remains in the same condition as when we moved in. Especially considering the cleaning crews do not clean/service the workspace, how am I being charged $2000? This doesn't make any sense. Regus/Spaces is impossible to reach for support, and problems are never resolved. It is horrendous. Moving to this office space was the worst decision I’ve made!! I would strongly advise anyone to avoid it!!! Hopefully, someone at Regus reads this and realizes it’s not just my experience, but a shared frustration among many tenants.
